The Frauenzentrum Weiberwirtschaft (woman’s economy women’s centre) has a diverse network of cooperation and networking partners, which reflects the wide range of services offered. Within the framework of the networking and participation in regional and supra-regional committees, the Frauenzentrum Weiberwirtschaft views itself as a lobbyist for the interests of women* and girls*. The aim of the cooperation with the various institutions and partners is to integrate issues relevant to women within the respective work of the groups, to represent the interests of women* and girls* and to stand up for the concerns of women* within the framework of gender equality policy.

- free space for your own ideas and projects and support you in their implementation

The development of the offers of the Frauenzentrum Weiberwirtschaft and the women's policy work take place in cooperation with the users, visitors and volunteer women* of the centre. The structure of the Women's Centre enables all girls* and women* to actively participate in the work, to realise their ideas and to address and communicate their interests and concerns. The participation of the individual target groups reflects their interests and needs and creates a women-specific offer that actively involves the users of the Women's Centre.

These include:
- Open board meeting - once a quarterly period - transparency of the association's work, input of ideas and concerns
- Use of the premises for their own projects, e.g. open day, singing lessons, yoga, therapeutic sessions, carving courses, writing and reading group, theatre groups, cooking evenings, etc.
-Workshops and further education, e.g. photography and drawing courses, courses on professional self-employment.
-group meetings, group foundations, e.g. women's choir MissKLANG, women divorced in the GDR, toddlers' group, the women's political round table in the city of Halle (Saale), Q. kju_point group, knitting group (Urban Knitting & Spinnstube), L* regulars' table, Feminist Reading Circle, etc.
-Voluntary work by male and female citizens, e.g. looking after the Women's and Girls' Library, working in the café and in the association's rooms, participating at information stands at public events and street festivals, in the projects such as FrauenKulturTage, Queer Action, kju_point, radio programmes LeSBIT and FrauenLeben at Radio Corax. -Regular employment and active participation of female interns for school, study and training.
